- These Terms are made available free of charge on the Shop’s website in a way that allows them to be downloaded, stored and printed.
§ 2. Definitions
- Customer – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality that places an order in the Shop.
- Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person performing a legal act with the Seller that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, where the content of the contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for that person (in particular in the light of the business activity entered in CEIDG). The provisions of these Terms concerning Consumers apply to such a person to the extent provided by law.
- Product – digital content offered in the Shop: a PDF file with an illustration or a set of illustrations to print and colour yourself, supplied exclusively electronically (without a tangible medium).

- To open a Product you need a PDF reader (e.g. the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or a web browser), and to print it – a printer that supports A4 format.
- Products are prepared for printing in A4 format. The appearance of the printout depends on the printer, print settings and paper.
§ 4. Products and prices
- Information about Products in the Shop does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract.
- Product prices are gross prices and include VAT. The base price is the price in Polish zloty (PLN); the Shop may also display prices in euro (EUR), US dollars (USD) and Japanese yen (JPY) – in that case the Customer pays in the currency selected in the Shop when placing the order.
- Photos in the product gallery are for illustration only and contain a watermark. The file supplied after purchase does not contain a watermark.
§ 5. Placing orders and concluding the contract
- An order can be placed without creating an account.
- To place an order, the Customer adds Products to the cart, provides the data required in the order form (first name, surname, e-mail address, billing address), accepts these Terms and selects a payment method.
- Before placing the order, the Consumer ticks the mandatory box reading: “I agree to the supply of digital content (a downloadable PDF file) before the end of the withdrawal period and I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right to withdraw from the contract.” (details in § 9).
- The order is placed by clicking the “Buy and pay” button (or a button with similar wording clearly indicating an obligation to pay).
- The contract is concluded when the Customer receives the e-mail confirming acceptance of the order. The confirmation contains the content of the contract, including information about the consent and the acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
§ 6. Payments
- Available payment methods:
a) payment card, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link – processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., registered in Ireland,
b) PayPal – processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., registered in Luxembourg. - Payment must be made when placing the order. The order is fulfilled once the payment has been confirmed by the payment operator.
- At the Customer’s request, the Seller issues an invoice. The request, together with the invoice details (including a tax ID, if the Customer has one), should be sent by e-mail to info@13f.pl, quoting the order number.
§ 7. Delivery of the Product
- The Product is supplied immediately after the payment has been confirmed, by making a download link available:
a) on the order confirmation page,
b) in an e-mail sent to the address given in the order,
c) in the “My account → Downloads” section, if the Customer has an account. - The download link is valid for 30 days from the purchase and allows the file to be downloaded up to 5 times. After that, if necessary, the Customer may ask the Seller to make the file available again.
- The Seller does not send any physical shipments.
§ 8. Licence and rules of use of the Products
- The illustrations are works within the meaning of the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights. The author of the illustrations is Anna Miarczyńska. The Seller distributes them under a licence granted by the author.
- On delivery of the Product, the Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for personal use, in particular to:
a) print the Product for their own needs, including several copies for home use,
b) colour the printouts and keep and show the coloured works, including on social media, crediting the author of the illustration. - Without separate written consent it is prohibited in particular to: resell, share or distribute the files, use the illustrations for commercial purposes (e.g. selling prints or products featuring the illustrations) and remove authorship credits.
- The licence is not limited in territory or time.
§ 9. Right of withdrawal
- A Consumer who has concluded a distance contract may, as a rule, withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
- Pursuant to Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium for which the Consumer is obliged to pay, if the Seller has begun performance with the Consumer’s express prior consent, the Consumer was informed before performance began that they would lose the right of withdrawal once it was performed and acknowledged this, and the Seller provided the Consumer with the confirmation referred to in Article 15(1) and (2) or Article 21(1) of that Act.
- The Consumer gives consent and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal by ticking the relevant box in the order form. The confirmation is sent in the order confirmation e-mail.
- Detailed information and a model withdrawal form can be found on the page “Right of withdrawal – digital content”.
§ 10. Complaints – conformity of the Product with the contract
- The Seller is liable to the Consumer for the conformity of the Product with the contract under the rules set out in Chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
- A complaint (e.g. when a file does not open, is damaged or incomplete, or does not match its description) can be submitted by e-mail to info@13f.pl or in writing to ul. Wacława Lachmana 26/85, 09-407 Płock, Poland.
- A complaint should include: first name and surname, the e-mail address used for the order, the order number, a description of the problem and the Customer’s request.
- The Seller handles the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and informs the Customer by e-mail.
- If the Product does not conform to the contract, the Consumer may request that it be brought into conformity (e.g. by re-supplying a correct file) and, in the cases provided for by law, declare a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
§ 11. Out-of-court complaint and redress procedures
The Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, in particular the assistance of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, consumer organisations (e.g. the Polish Consumer Federation) and permanent consumer arbitration courts at the regional inspectorates of the Trade Inspection. Information is available at https://prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl.
§ 12. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Shop’s website.
§ 13. Final provisions
- The Seller may amend these Terms for important reasons (e.g. changes in law or payment methods). Orders placed before the change are governed by the Terms in force at the time the order was placed.
- These Terms do not limit Consumers’ rights under mandatory provisions of law.
- Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The choice of Polish law does not deprive a Consumer whose habitual residence is in another country of the protection afforded by the provisions of that country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
- These Terms apply from 15 October 2026.
