Right of withdrawal – digital content

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (or an entrepreneur with consumer rights), you may, as a rule, withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

All products in our shop are digital content (downloadable PDF files), supplied without a tangible medium.

Pursuant to Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not applyif:

  1. before placing the order you ticked the mandatory box: “I agree to the supply of digital content (a downloadable PDF file) before the end of the withdrawal period and I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right to withdraw from the contract.”,
  2. you were informed that you would lose the right of withdrawal once performance began, and you acknowledged this,
  3. you received from us a confirmation of this consent in the order confirmation e-mail.

In practice: we make the file available immediately after the order has been paid, which is why we ask you to tick the box with this consent when placing the order. Without this consent we cannot supply the file before the 14 days have passed.

What if the file is faulty

Losing the right of withdrawal does not exclude liability for the conformity of the product with the contract. If the file does not open, is damaged, incomplete or does not match its description, submit a complaint in accordance with § 10 of the Terms. We will supply a correct file and, if that is not possible, reduce the price or refund your money.

How to withdraw from the contract (where the right applies)
