We sell digital files only (PDFs to print yourself). Nothing is sent by post, so there are no physical returns.
Withdrawal from the contract. We make the file available immediately after the order has been paid, with the consent you give when ordering. Once the download has started, the right of withdrawal no longer applies – details on the page “Right of withdrawal – digital content”.
Something not working? If the file does not open, is damaged or does not match its description, write to info@13f.pl and quote your order number. We will reply within 14 days – usually much sooner – and supply a correct file or refund your money.
Link expired? The download link works for 30 days and allows 5 downloads. If you need the file again, write to us and we will make it available once more.
