Boundless Nature
A woman rests on an island of moss and gold, and the domes and towers of a distant city grow from her shoulders. Luminous orbs float above her, like planets or dewdrops hanging in a pastel sky. The calm composition invites you to quieten down and gaze at a landscape that dreams together with the human figure.

A word from the artist
What I love about painting is that it can show how a person and a landscape become one. In “Boundless Nature” a woman sleeps, and the earth, the city and the sky dream together with her. I am inspired by silence – the kind you hear at dawn over water, when everything is still pastel and soft. I like to leave space in a painting that viewers can enter with their own thoughts. Each luminous orb in the sky is, for me, a small world circling our dreams. I paint pictures like this to give myself and others a moment of rest.
