What data we process<\/h2>\n<ul><li>data provided in the order form: first name, surname, e-mail address, billing address,<\/li><li>invoice details (e.g. company name, tax ID), if you request an invoice by e-mail,<\/li><li>the e-mail address given when signing up for the newsletter (e.g. in exchange for a free colouring page),<\/li><li>order data: products purchased, amount, date, file download history,<\/li><li>technical data: IP address, browser information, data stored in cookies (see the Cookie policy),<\/li><li>data from correspondence, if you write to us by e-mail.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>We do not receive payment card details \u2013 they are processed directly by the payment operator.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Recipients of data<\/h2>\n<p>Your data may be received only by entities that help us run the shop:<\/p>\n<ul><li>the hosting and e-mail provider: dhosting.pl,<\/li><li>payment operators: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland) and PayPal (Europe) S.\u00e0 r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (Luxembourg) \u2013 for payment processing they also act as separate data controllers,<\/li><li>the newsletter provider: MailerLite,<\/li><li>the accounting office serving the Controller,<\/li><li>public authorities, where required by law.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2>5. Transfers outside the EEA<\/h2>\n<p>The payment operators (Stripe, PayPal) and the newsletter provider may transfer data to the USA. This is done on the basis of the European Commission\u2019s adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n<h2>6.
